- FROM THE STEVEN COOK COLLECTION, PART 2. R-4 (76-200 minted). Longacre's Indian Head cent from 1859 is paired with an oak wreath reverse with an ornamental shield above. Light mirrors survive in the fields, although there are some minor signs of old mishandling. Rich coloration is seen on both sides, accenting the sharply struck devices. PCGS 36, NGC 17. The most recent example to sell in auction was a PCGS coin that sold for $1,800 in the 2018 Central States auction and the current CU value is $1,700.
