Initially identified as an 8 underdigit by Walter Breen, but subsequently, after additional research, considered just a repunched 9 by Kevin Flynn. A highly sought after issue regardless of the underdigit. PCGS 7, NGC 0, CAC 2. Only 7 pieces grade higher.
