- 1874 Liberty Seated Quarter. Arrows. Proof-66 Cameo (PCGS). Peripherally toned surfaces are framed in halos of vivid pinkish-rose iridescence. The centers are brilliant and allow ready appreciation of a boldly cameoed finish. From a mintage of 700 Proofs and one of just two issues of the Arrows, Motto Liberty Seated quarter design type of 1873 to 1874. Survivors in all grades are at least scarce, while at the upper Gem grade levels, as here, the Proof 1874 is rare.
