Ex R.S.D. Collection, as noted on the insert. This is a lovely well preserved piece. No question the quality is HIGH END! Satiny like surfaces reveal no marks anywhere. Even if you use a strong glass you will be more than happy with this GEM. A moderate luster enlivens the moderate colors. Both sides are bathed in original pale green/golden brown/champagne colors. Miss Liberty and the details are all fully struck. The eye appeal is great! PCGS 14, NGC 4, CAC 5. PCGS has graded 4 in MS66+. The current Collector Universe value is $3,750.
