- 1895 Liberty Head Nickel. MS-66 (NGC). CAC. Dusted with pale champagne iridescence, this delightful upper end Gem exhibits a full endowment of smooth, satin to softly frosted luster. It is uncommonly well struck and preserved for a circulation strike nickel from the 1890s. Phenomenal quality and eye appeal from a mintage of 9,977,822 circulation strikes for the issue.
