- From the South West Cents Collection. Among the finest certified for the RB designation, none are graded finer. This coin has a great look! Light violet overtones yield to ample mint red color--especially on the reverse. PCGS 8, NGC 14. Here is another grade that rarely makes auction appearances. The last one to sell in auction per our auction database was back in 2004, where one realized $1,783; PCGS CoinFacts does list a coin sold in February 2015 for $2,115.
