A Condition Census O-107a, easily identifiable by the dramatic die cracks on the obverse. Gorgeous original gold, olive, and slate-blue toning on both sides. Boldly lustrous and very attractive. We are not sure what kept this near-GEM piece from getting CAC-approval, the eye appeal is bold and the quality is all there. PCGS 90, NGC 106. The last two examples sold in the recent 2021 ANA auction, realizing $5,760 and $4,560. This O-107a does not appear to be listed in the AMBPR's list of prices realized.
