1980 Lincoln Cent. FS-101 (FS-034). Doubled Die Obverse. MS-64 RD (PCGS). Warm, even, rose-orange luster flows over boldly impressed features. A touch of light haziness to the obverse does little more than define the near-Gem grade. This is one of the more popular varieties in the later Lincoln cent series, with strong doubling evident on the digits in the date and the letters in the word LIBERTY.<br /> &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The PCGS insert carries coin # E3001 and describes this piece as a "Mint Error." PCGS coin # 38047 is more appropriate for an example of this variety with the FS-101 (FS-034) attribution on the insert.
