You can tell this coin has been carefully stored since it left the bank 75 years ago. It's not easy to find a 47-D in this state of preservation! Shimmering surfaces are also satiny and smooth. The luster is intense and unbroken. There are NO marks and the dreaded right field is clean! Both sides are blazing white and have NO toning. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have exceptional strikes. The eye appeal is fabulous! PCGS 103 NGC 72, CAC 36. The last PCGS CAC MS67 to sell in auction brought $4,400 in June 2021. The current Collectors Universe Value is $2,500 -a number we think is VERY low. Do not let the pops fool you-these are really hard to find in REAL MS67 and frosty white!
