- 1873 Liberty Seated Quarter. No Arrows. Proof-65 (PCGS). CAC. A richly original, attractively toned specimen from an important transitional year in the Liberty Seated quarter series. Blended smoky-mauve and antique copper patina is enhanced by wisps of cobalt blue and pinkish-apricot iridescence.
