- CHINA. Hupeh. 20 Cash, ND (ca. 1914). PCGS VF-30 BN Secure Holder. CL-Unlisted; CCC-Unlisted; Y-A405var. (in copper), Duan-2277 (2011 edition). EXTREMELY RARE. According to the Krause guide, mint attribution is uncertain, it may have been struck in Szechuan for use in Hupeh. Duan states it may have been used as substitute currency. Dark brown coin with crudely-made rims, no marks distract from design. Well deserving of more study for the specialist. Estimate: $1,500 - $2,000. Provenance: From the Q. David Bowers Collection. Ex: R. B. White. PCGS# 537116 PCGS VF-30 BN Secure Holder. 湖北省通用銅幣當錢二十。 非常稀罕。Krause指南標記其鑄幣廠不明。或為四川製造，湖北流通。Duan 指出此版別或為代用幣。深棕色錢幣，粗製幣緣，設計精美無瑕。值得有心藏家深入研究。
