- 1832 Matron Head Cent. N-3. Rarity-1. Large Letters. MS-63 BN (PCGS). Vibrant tinges of sea-green and olive-gold accent the overall plum coloration of this Choice example. A few shallow impressions at Liberty's jaw accompany the light marks near star 1 as the only notable blemishes throughout. The surfaces are otherwise smooth and without distractions, offering satiny luster across each side. The doubled profile is distinct and typical for these dies, which demonstrate minor flowlines representative of Noyes Die State B/B. Provenance: From the Paradise Collection.
