- A boldly toned near GEM example of this popular over mintmark variety. Not rare as a variety, but it certainly adds interest. Pleasing coloration and exceptional overall eye appeal for the grade. PCGS 117, NGC 119, CAC 41. NGC’s Census does not show how many MS64+s have been graded, but the PCGS Population Report shows 10 in 64+.
