Tied for second highest graded of the first year of issue, this is a very pleasing high end GEM that is PQ all the way! A frosty mint luster gleams in the smooth surfaces, accenting the sharply struck devices of this first year of issue. Soft iridescent silver and gold accents bloom all over imparting a lovely original look. PCGS 65, NGC 30, CAC 15. There are just 4 in MS66+ and just five graded finer. The most recent sold for $2,115 but before that, these were selling in the $3,500 to $3,800 range and the current PCGS Price Guide value is listed at $3,250.
