- This is not a date that often comes with bold contrast. Those that appear on the market are often "just made it" Cameos that you sometimes have to image the contrast. The present example is NOT one of those. Sharp, thickly frosted devices stand out against the deeply mirrored fields, that have a bold clarity, cleanliness and reflection. The eye appeal is sumptuous! Only 380 Proofs were struck. PCGS 11, NGC 11, CAC 10. There are six graded PR66+ CAM at PCGS and just six finer. We sold the last three of these in 2019, selling between $5,170 and $5,405. The current PCGS Price Guide value is listed at $5,750 and the last PCGS PR67 CAM CAC sold in our October 2019 Regency Event for $9,694. What a great coin for any high end set!
