- Tied for FINEST GRADED, and arguably one of the most attractive examples with pearly white lustrous surface that are toned in ripples of blonde and honey gold hues. An issue that is known for it’s notoriously weak strikes where planchet striations are noted. Thankfully, this coin is free of those issues and simply has some light contact marks, which are typical for the issue. PCGS 86, NGC 18, CAC 21. There are 10 in MS66+ and NONE finer. The current PCGS Price Guide is $3,150 and prices of MS-66+ examples have varied greatly in 2019, from a low of $1,980 to a high of $3,600.
