This SUPERB GEM is love at first sight! We have had a hard time putting it down. Intense, beaming mirrors are brilliant and flashy, with bold clarity and cleanliness. The centers are untoned and vividly brilliant silver, while the peripheral devices are framed by a bold band of multicolored toning; the shades of teal and tangerine really pop! The eye appeal is exceptional! Only 930 Proofs were struck. PCGS 25, NGC 26, CAC 8. There are two in PR66+ CAM at PCGS, and this one sold back in April 2016 for $2,233. Today, the market is stronger, and we think this coin will bring more than the $2,450 listed in the PCGS Price Guide. Scarce finer, we do believe that the Population data is inflated somewhat with resubmissions.
