Diademed bust of Empress of Austria right, six-pointed star below, legend around; Reverse: Crowned imperial Eagle with the arms of Prussian and Saxony superimposed on chest. Edge inscription in contemporary hand engraved block letter script "Von Sr K. Hoheit Dem Kronprinzen Personlich Uberreicht Dem Professor H. Cohn. Berlin 5.7.(18)83. IIygien. Ausstellung." Light wispy hairlines and a few trivial marks otherwise quite an attractive piece with flashy surfaces and handsome honey gold and apricot tone. Estimate: $2,500 - $3,500. PCGS #623882.
