Tied for finest certified of the date with five other examples on either the PCGS or NGC population reports, only one finer (NGC MS 65). A lovely example of the type from this highly collected series in near Gem condition that exhibits bold frosty devices and lustrous satiny surfaces that displays rich attractive mottled patina.
