Beautifully toned on both sides, but especially on the reverse, this GEM has a great look. The mirrors are deep and bold, beaming from below the toning and imparting a strong contrast against the frosted reliefs. There is a small planchet flake on the obverse, and we do note some other minor marks in the obverse fields, but the eye appeal is very nice. Only 625 Proofs were struck. PCGS 2, NGC 5. The last NGC-graded coin to sell in auction was nearly three years ago bringing $2,233 in June 2015. Here is a very pretty example. Cert. Number 402417-019 PCGS # 84760
