- THE SOMMELIER COLLECTION Flashy and colorful! WOW! This coin has a spectacular look! Incredibly watery reflective fields catch the light at the right angle and the colors really POP! A wealth of underlying red has splashes of violet and blue that float on the surfaces. The strike is incredibly bold and the surfaces clean, devoid of any serious marks, lines, or any flaws that would impact the outstanding visual allure of this GEM. Only 600 Proofs were struck. PCGS 33, NGC 40, CAC 19. The most recent PCGS/CAC sold in the March 2017 sale of the Blue Moon Collection, where it realized $9,400. The current Collectors Universe value is $6,500 and note we sold a PCGS PR66+ RB CAC sold in our August 2020 Regency Auction for $12,925.
