THE BOYLSTON COLLECTION KEY DATE. What a gorgeous, original piece. Housed in an OGH. INTENSE satiny smooth luster is thickly spread over clean fields. The design elements are struck to full advantage and are graced with rich, mint frost. A beautiful blend of apricot and lemon yellow toning only serves to add to the eye appeal and originality. If not for a mint made planchet flaw to the right of the final 1 in the date, this coin would easily be in a higher grade holder! A prized date in the series, especially in this nice state of preservation. WB-6, Rarity-4. Normal date. Very late die state shows die damage on the first A of AMERICA (evident on this example) PCGS 6, NGC 8. PCGS Price Guide is $5,000. The last non-CAC example to sell was a DOZEN YEARS AGO in October 20008 where it fetched $4,888.
