- Highly Coveted Unholed Copper Cash Pattern CHINA. Copper Cash Pattern, ND (1910). PCGS SPECIMEN-63 Brown Gold Shield. CL-HB.84; cf. KM-267 (unlisted in copper); CCC-631; Duan-2499. An INCREDIBLY RAREpattern issue, exhibiting a sharp strike with lovely smooth, even chocolate brown patina. Compare to a similar example (also a PCGS SPECIMEN-63 Brown, though not as attractive) that realized a total of $14,400 in our October 2020 Hong Kong auction (lot 41266). Estimate: $10,000 - $15,000.
