- Housed in an early generation NGC "fatty" holder, this PQ GEM has a bold look. Shimmering, frosty, golden mint luster is aglow on both sides. Sharply struck, the devices stand out boldly against the clean, smooth, lustrous fields. PCGS 86, NGC 99, CAC 22.
