- 1828 Capped Bust Dime. JR-1. Rarity-2. Small Date, Square Base 2. MS-63 (PCGS). CAC. Medium gray-gold toning spans both sides with lustrous fields and a reasonably sharp strike. The surfaces are Choice, as examination finds little more than light signs of contact. Scarce this well preserved.
