A SUPERB, exceptionally high end stunning GEM example of this final year of Proof Barber quarters. The original mintage of 450 pieces is one of the lowest of the series. Intense, brilliant, flashy mirrors beam from all over with a watery reflective sheen that is quite seductive to the eye. A truly gorgeous layer of totally original multilhued, iridescent pastel tones are brought out when viewed in a light. Sharply struck devices and icy smooth mirrors are flawless and pristine. The eye appeal is outrageous. PCGS 18, NGC 14, CAC 10. There are 8 in PR67+ and the last PCGS/CAC example to sell was the Young-Dakota piece that sold in our August 2020 Regency Auction for $9,106.
