1846 Seated Liberty Half Dime. VF-20 (PCGS). One of the rarest Seated Half Dimes from the Philadelphia Mint, the 1846 has an original mintage of just 27,000 pieces. This mid-grade survivor exhibits warm, even, sandy-gray patina to both sides. Quite smooth for having seen this extensive circulation, with ample boldness of detail to the major design elements.
