- 1877 Liberty Seated Dime. Proof-67 Cameo (PCGS). Tied for finest certified at PCGS, this delectable Proof 1877 dime possesses virtually pristine surfaces. The obverse is lightly toned in reddish-apricot iridescence that hugs the periphery and frames a brilliant center. The reverse is more extensively patinated in iridescent cobalt blue, champagne-pink, medium olive and silver gray. Fully struck throughout with strong field to device contrast, it is difficult for us to imagine a more desirable survivor of this 510-coin Proof issue. Outstanding!
