- GREAT BRITAIN. Crown, 1820. London Mint. George III. PCGS MS-64 Gold Shield. S-3787; Dav-103; KM-675. LX on edge. A nicely preserved example with a bold strike exhibiting frosty devices and lustrous surfaces displaying rich mottled parchment to golden gray patina with areas of richer coloration amongst the devices. A handsome representative of the type that is pleasing to the eye sure to be a welcome addition to the next collection it enters. Estimate: $1,500 - $2,000. Provenance: From the Trident Collection.
