THE SAN DIEGO COLLECTION A Condition Census example of this scarce die marriage. While Overton-Parsley list the O-113 as a Rarity-3 the AMBPR suggests Rarity-4 overall and the O-113a die state is listed at Rarity-4-. A pleasing GEM example offers a polychromatic blend of pastel iridescent toning that is highlighted by a pearly-satiny sheen that catches the light and brings the colors to life. The devices are crisply rendered from a bold strike. There are a few minor marks and a scrape in the obverse field and some very unobtrusive scratches on the reverse, but they are relatively minor and have little impact on the eye appeal. The current Collectors Universe value is listed at $9,250. The Population figures drop dramatically finer, with 6 in MS65+, 9 in MS66, and 3 in MS67. A great example for date or variety. Good luck.
