This is a very high end and gorgeous GEM LM-7. Both sides are intensely lustrous with a booming and brilliant satin sheen that is highlighted by a bold cartwheel radiance. While untoned at the central portions of the design, the peripheries boast a delicate original golden tan and pale blue iridescence. The strike is razor sharp and full with thickly frosted devices. The surfaces are nearly flawless, even a strong glass fails to reveal anything more than a microscopic mark or two after searching for a long time. The eye appeal is simply SUPERB! PCGS 25, NGC 28, CAC 12. There are four graded MS66+ and just seven finer. This coin realized $6,169 in our October 2020 Regency Auction as part of the Glacier Rams Collection. The current Collectors Universe value is listed at $6,250 and the value more than doubles in MS67. What a great type coin or addition to any date set of these little Capped Bust jewels! Cert.
