- ECUADOR. Sucre, 1983. PCGS MS-65. Secure Holder. KM-unlisted. Unknown until relatively recently, the 1983 Sucre is known by only three pieces, according to information provided by the consignor. These three pieces were purchased by a dealer from the Banco Central in Quito, an employee of which told the dealer that only those three pieces were extant of the 1983 mintage.
