FROM THE SEATTLE COLLECTION A brilliant RED example, which borders on the GEM grade. Pale orange and rose highlights the reverse, while the reverse is a richer orange-golden red. A few ancient ticks and flecks are noted on both sides, which account for the assigned grade, but the eye appeal is still very pleasing. PCGS 2, NGC 0. Neither coin has sold in auction, A PCGS MS64 has sold for $1,440 in June 2018 and in March 2019 a PCGS MS65 RD sold for $3,600. In MS64+ the PCGS Price Guide value is listed at $3,500.
