- (t) CHINA. Szechuan. 7 Mace 2 Candareens (Dollar), ND (1901-08). Chengdu Mint. Kuang-hsu (Guangxu). PCGS VF-30. L&M-345A; K-145; KM-Y-238; WS-0735. Variety with narrow-faced dragon and with inverted "A" in place of "V" in "PROVINCE". Despite showing some evidence of handling, this Dollar maintains an original charm and appeal. Rub is restricted to the highest portions of the dragon, with generally sharp details being prevalent elsewhere. A charming representative of the type. Estimate: $1,000 - $1,500.
