详细说明: A high grade GEM Liberty Head nickel pattern, and is among the FINEST CAMEO examples graded by either service. Barber's portrait of Liberty surrounded by UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, date below. Reverse has an agricultural wreath surrounding 33 N. 67 C. in two lines, with FIVE above, CENTS below, 7 stars left, 6 stars right. Struck in a nickel alloy with a plain edge, this is a popular Rarity-6- pattern. This coin is freshly graded, and making its modern auction debut with us. Bold, nickel-silver mirrors have a watery reflection from under a soft iridescent patina. We can see traces of an old finger print in the toning and it confirms the originality of this GEM. There are some minor ticks in the obverse field, under the toning, but they have minimal impact on the eye appeal. The contrast is bold and alluring for sure! PCGS 3, NGC 2. The only recent, relevant auction comps are a PCGS PR65 CAM with a gold CAC sticker that sold in November 2022 for $8,400 and an NGC PR65 CAC we sold for $4,935 in May 2021.
