- Anyone who collects toned silver dollars knows that Peace dollars are orders of magnitude rarer than their Morgan dollar counterparts, and this near-GEM boasts a wonderful blend of toning that graces both sides. The obverse being somewhat more dramatic, with a band of rich and warm deep orange-red, gold and violet; the reverse with splashes of dappled deep purple and gold.
