- A borderline SUPERB GEM example! Indeed this coin is very high end for the assigned grade and the eye appeal is excellent. Sharply struck and frosty devices give this coin a near-Cameo contrast on both obverse and reverse. The fields are richly reflective with a bold flash. Totally original, multi-hued toning graces both sides further enhancing the superb visual allure. PCGS 22, NGC 23, CAC 9. Only 600 Proofs were struck There are just two PCGS PR66+ graded. While this coin sold for $1,645 in October 2016, more recently an NGC-graded example sold for $1,920 in August 2018.
