Obverse: Crowned rose, I:D:G:ROSA SINE SPINA around; Reverse: Crowned thistle, TVEATVR VNITA DEVS around. Astounding quality with designs that are virtually complete and surfaces that are lustrous and moderately toned, close inspection revealing generous amounts of gold and green patina woven into the base of gray. VERY RAREin this quality and incredibly desirable as the single finest graded example of this type by PCGS or NGC. Estimate: $500 - $1,000.
