详细说明: This is a GORGEOUS GEM! Tied for second HIGHEST GRADED at PCGS in the RB designation. This is one of those coins that the "B" is meaningless, as there is really no "brown" anywhere to be found. Beaming coppery mirrors really pop boldly when rotated in a light. More than half the color is original RED, the rest of the surfaces have a dazzling purple patina. The devices are fully struck and stand out boldly from the surrounding flawless fields. The eye appeal is AMAZING! Only 625 Proofs were struck. PCGS 17, NGC 18, CAC 13. The most recent example to sell was a similar quality coin in our August 2020 Regency Auction, a coin that brought $3,525. The current PCGS Price Guide value is listed at $4,250. This coin will see spirited bidding when it crosses the block. Clearly they do not appear in auction with any frequency.
