An EXTREMELY RARERuble that undoubtedly serves as a KEY DATE, this impressive near-Gem stands as the finest of just three in the PCGS census, with these mintmaster's initials being far more difficult than the other seen for the year. A mostly deeply gray nature is dominated by even darker hues in areas, further accentuating the devices, while some enchanting brilliance emerges from the protected areas.
