- GUATEMALA. Real, 1818-NG M. NGC MS-65. KM-66; Cal-Type 319 #1121. Handsome old envelope toning pervades the entirety of the obverse and when inspected more closely it is clear that this piece is fully worthy of it's gem status with a very solid strike giving bold detail and free of signs of handling. The reverse booms with original silvery white luster and is completely undisturbed with fully struck lions and castles. Tied with eight others in this grade, two of which have been given PL designations and with only one piece graded one point finer. Estimate: $350 - $450. NGC MS-65.
