详细说明: 1894-O Morgan Silver Dollar. MS-61 DPL (NGC). A prohibitively rare format with the Deep Prooflike contrast and one of just three examples graded by NGC, the other two actually show light wear from circulation. Furthermore PCGS has graded only three examples as Deep Mirror Prooflike, one as MS-61 and the other two as MS-62. Apparently these New Orleans dies did not hold their polish as well as in other years and hence just a few of these with the greatest degree of contrast were coined. Clean surfaces for the modest grade as the few bagmarks are magnified by the mirror surfaces and frosted devices. Brilliant with a dash of pale rose-gold, and attractive for the modest grade assigned. A prized rarity for the specialist.
