THE LARRY SHAPIRO 3CS COLLECTION Among the FINEST examples extant, and a beautiful SUPERB GEM for sure--to say the least! WOW! Blazing, brilliant, watery mirrored fields are beaming with a deep reflection. The flashy reflection bursts forth from below the patriotic toning which shows dappled blues and coppery reds that blend with accents of untoned, original silver. The surfaces are smooth and clean, free of any serious marks or ticks of any kind. The eye appeal is SUPERB. We are scratching our heads to see something that would have precluded CAC approval. PCGS 5, NGC 8. Only 960 Proofs were struck. There has not been a PCGS PR67 sold in six years! Clearly these RARELY appear in auction. The current Collectors Universe value is listed at $9,000.
