- 69 graded MS-66, 7 higher at NGC. Staggering luster absolutely blazes off the surface and seemingly guarantees superior eye-appeal for this blistering white better-date silver dollar. Sharpness looks oh-so-close to a perfect strike and the exceptionally clean surface only serves to accentuate the beauty of marvelously frosted fields. Despite a population report that indicates higher graded examples at NGC, it's tough to imagine that any 1890-S could look much better than this.
