Blazing and brilliant mirrors beam boldly on both sides of this well preserved example. Rich frost on the devices stand out boldly in contrast to the fields. A touch of peripheral toning in blue and apricot frame the surfaces and give this coin a great look! Only 800 Proofs were struck. PCGS 12, NGC 16. We feel this coin deserves a good home. Having sold a few times over the last few years, it sold most recently for $2,640 in July 2022. The current PCGS Price Guide value is listed at $3,150. Just a dozen have been graded higher at PCGS.
