- ECUADOR. 2 Decimos, 1895/89-TF. Lima Mint. PCGS MS-64. KM-51.3. A supremely charming minor, this lovely piece pops with handsome luster and gives a nearly cameo appearance with mirrored fields and satiny devices. Some occasional breaks in luster are noted, but these have an exceptionally limited impact on the overall eye appeal of the piece.
