- 1750/49-E Sou Marque. Tours Mint. Vlack-88a. Rarity-8. AU-55 (PCGS). 32.8 grains. Well struck medium golden-gray with a minor flan flaw engaging the letters N in NOM (obverse) and G in D.G (reverse), the surfaces otherwise smooth in hand with no troublesome marks. The underdigits 49 lying beneath the primary 50 are bold and clearly unmistakable. Provenance: From the Sydney F. Martin Collection. Earlier from our (Stack's) sale of the Robert A.
