- LIBERIA. Silver 1/4 Dollar (25 Cents) Pattern, 1865. PCGS SPECIMEN-65+ Gold Shield. KM-Pn9. The single finest certified on the PCGS population report, none finer. This seldom encountered patten issue exhibits a lovely motif with fine engraving of the bold devices and smooth surfaces that retain much reflectivity. Clearly this survivor sat for a prolonged period and was given great care now displaying beautiful rich cabinet patina with a plethora of iridescent hues.
