- 1803 Draped Bust Cent. S-251. Rarity-2. Noyes Die State A. Small Date, Small Fraction. VF-30 BN (NGC). Deep steel-brown throughout. The surfaces are fairly hard and somewhat glossy in-hand, with no marks that engage the viewer's eye -- any marks are tiny and visible only under low magnification. Choice for the grade. PCGS# 36368. Provenance: From Heritage's sale of the Jules Reiver Collection, January 2006, lot 19564. Earlier ex: George Ramont, October 1969.
