Tied for fourth finest certified with one other example on the PCGS population report, only three finer (MS-65 PL [1], MS-65+ PL [1] and MS-66 PL [1]). Struck to commemorate the taking of the Frisian Oath. Bright and flashy, this nicely preserved near-Gem example boasts crisp frosty devices with brilliant reflective fields.
